What’s Included in the Heavy-Duty LSX Clutch Kit?

• This LSX clutch kit includes the same disc and flywheel as the factory LS1/LS6 clutch kit, but with a heavy-duty non-adjustable pressure plate.

• Flywheel
• Pressure Plate
• Clutch Disc
• Pilot bearing
• Clutch alignment tool

What is not included in this LSX Clutch kit?

• Standard GM bolts – No bolts are in this kit, however, the flywheel bolts, as well as the pressure plate bolts can be purchased separately. See the following link T56 Clutch & Flywheel Bolt Kit
• Slave cylinder – Optional; see the selections in order to choose the correct slave cylinder for your application

What makes this kit “heavy-duty”?

• The pressure plate. It yields a higher clamp load for better holding capacity.
• A major advantage of the non-adjusting pressure plate is that it eliminates the adjusters which can be a problem area with the factory pressure plates.

How does this clutch compare to the popular LS7 clutch kit?

• This LS7 kit will handle more power since it has approximately 50% friction surface area, so it’s a better option for a bolt-on car
• The LSX HD Clutch Kit is great for a near-stock car, where you just want something a little better
