Important notes

• This is not a standard round O-ring. This seal has a flat inner diameter, giving it a D-shaped cross-section profile. This unique geometry is specific to the C7 passenger side differential cover — a standard round O-ring will not seat correctly in this application. Make sure you are sourcing the correct D-shaped profile for your C7.
• This O-ring fits the passenger side differential cover only. The C7 passenger side cover is larger than the driver side, which is why this O-ring is noticeably larger than its driver side counterpart. Installing the wrong O-ring on the wrong side will result in an improper seal — always confirm which side you are servicing before ordering.
