Problem: The factory pinion spacer only comes in one size, which doesn’t allow for any adjustment to dial in the correct pinion bearing preload. This makes the gear setup incredibly frustrating and time-consuming since the pinion typically remains loose after torquing the nut.

Solution: We developed an adjustable spacer, making it possible to have the exact size needed in order to get the bearing preload exactly where it needs to be. This completely eliminates the issue, making the preload setup quick and easy!
