Understanding the fitment — base model vs Z06

This is the smaller of the two side cover o-rings used across the C6 platform, and fitment varies by trim:

• C6 base model (2006–2013) — fits both driver and passenger side covers. Two required for a complete differential service.
• C6 Z06 (2006–2013) — fits the driver side cover only. The Z06 passenger side cover is larger and requires a different o-ring — click here for the C6 Z06 Passenger Side Cover O-Ring.

Best practice: Always replace all o-rings and seals any time the differential is opened for service — regardless of how the old ones look.
